Sharon Bishop
Sharon Bishop brings more than 27 years of experience in the professional sector managing projects, events, teams, and organizations. In her career she has focused on situational and effective leadership in corporate, nonprofit, and government organizations.
Sharon deeply believes we all are called to reflect on self, engage in meaningful relationships and lead our communities with integrity.
Sharon is passionate about helping others find new perspectives in old situations and creating tactical solutions for greater ease and success.
Experience
Sharon has worked for companies as wide ranging as Broadway producers to financial firms such as Absolut Vodka, The Walt Disney Company, and Walker Art Center. In the course of her career she has developed intern programs, mentoring programs, coached dozens of staff, and facilitated thousands of events.
Sharon currently works in Minneapolis, Minnesota designing workforce development initiatives, practicing change management and helping people develop their best professional selves. She coaches nationally with individuals and groups about leadership, life, and goal development.
Certifications
Sharon has a certification in Change Management and is a Pre-Certified Professional Coach, in current training with ICA, an ICF-accredited coaching program. Estimated certification 2023.

Meet Bugsy.
Sharon’s co-worker in-residence. Bugsy is a highly-dramatic and over-sensitive pupper who is five years of age and very beloved. He loves walk, all things “ball” and is learning how to speak through Augmented and Alternative Communication (AAC) buttons. He says many things with his communication board, but favorites are: “walk” “treat” “I love you” and, of course, “ball”.
